I want to welcome each of you and thank you for
participating in our 2008 show!
Our advertising is in place and the internet is already buzzing with
information!! We anticipate a wonderful crowd this year to shop with
you.
We have included in your dealer’s packet a cd with printable fliers
that you may personalize for your customers.
We ask that you distribute these at the shows you are
attending. Many shows are more than willing to distribute fliers at
the door, but we believe that a personal invitation to the show in
the form of the flier handed to your customer at your booth will be
a more impressive. This will keep your customers aware of where they
can find you to shop, encouraging return customers and of course it
will help spread the word about the show. Again, as always,
information about the show through advertising, thus encouraging
attendance, is the way to good sales for you in the showroom.
In a time when the internet is a huge part of our lives as
retailers, we have found that many of the show attendees often check
our website for current information about the show. In an effort to
keep your internet customer aware of your attendance at Les Belles
Poupees Doll Show we have regular scheduled announcements that will
be posted to the doll chat groups, Blue boards and Show Time
bulletin boards on the web. Regular updates to the website and
additional tidbits about he show are also scheduled.
We are finding that vendors that notify their customers of
their show schedules are the most successful and in an effort to
help with that information we are making our site once again the
most informative on the web!
In an effort to make the Les Belles Poupees Show better than ever we
are reminding you that our theme is French honoring the beautiful
Antique French Bebe’s .
Once again we ask you to participate by decorating your booth. We
have traveled to many shows this year and we see customers staying
longer and making purchases in booths that are attractively
decorated. It is mandatory that each table have floor length cloths.
We will again be publishing a show program in 2008. Advertising
space is available:

Ok, that’s a lot of “stuff” but we are really working this year to
make Grapevine and the Les Belles Poupees
THE place to be! Our new location is already drawing many
back to the show as is the convenience of a hotel that lends itself
to all of our needs.
